Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 5–7 business days.
- You can track your order at 17track.net or via the link provided in your confirmation email.
Customs & Duties
- We ship internationally and your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- UK customers: Since Brexit, orders may be subject to VAT and customs fees for orders above £135.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your order has not arrived within 30 of the shipping date, please contact us at 📧info@avoura-store.com and we will offer a full refund or reshipment.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
- During peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be longer than usual.
